The patient was admitted to the under study hospital with multiple cutaneous abscess such as lesion and paraspinal abscess developed to brain abscess. Conclusions: Nocardia cyriacigeorgica was isolated from a sample of skin lesion based on phenotypic properties and sequencing method. Limited cases of Nocardia cyriacigeorgica in Iran are reported.
