Abstract | This review article will cover common congenital conditions affecting the hand with specific reference to etiology, diagnosis, and treatment. The congenital hand differences that are covered herein are syndactyly, amniotic constriction band, hypoplastic thumb, radial polydactyly, vascular anomalies, and radial longitudinal deficiency.
