| Abstract | A 36-years old man was treated with Peg-interferon (PEGASYS) and ribavirin to control of Hepatitis C experienced a suicide attempt and was admitted to hospital. Another case treated by PDferon B® attempted to suicide by consumption more than 100 tablet of Fluxetin. Fortunately their family rescued them. Both of them had a history of depression and interferon-alpha deepened it. These are the first reports of suicide attempt after treatment with PEGASYS and PDferon B® from Iran. | en |
