Abstract | Co-infections are common in tropical countries and can be present with the overlapping of clinical features. The diagnosis of co-infection poses a challenge to the treating physician. We report a varicella child who was presented with persisting fever even after the formation of scabs along with conjunctival suffusion. Her platelets were persistently less than 50000/mm3 for 3 days and her serology was positive for the dengue infection. | en |
