AbstractMinute pulmonary meningothelial - like nodule (MPMN) is a common but poorly understood entity, which is benign or reactive in nature and has unknown etiology. MPMN can show single or multiple involvements associated with malignant conditions including pulmonary adenocarcinoma in some cases. The most common radiologic findings are non - specific small nodules, which often simulate pulmonary hematogeneous metastasis. We report a case of diffuse MPMNs presenting as multiple peribronchial consolidations containing patent air bronchogram, which is quite different from the previously reported radiologic findings.
