AbstractBackground: The four pillars of ethics are Human Dignity, Beneficence, non-Malfeasance and Justice. Among the application of ethics in medical research we can look at all of any of these principles specially. In the other hand, in Iran there is a Long history in the field of medical science and medical ethics from earlier Muslim scholars to Islamic flourishing period. In this study we aimed to collecting and discuss about common terms and definitions of the legal principles in bioethics and medical research. As well as a separate review is performed on features and specifications of any of ethic’s pillars.en
