AbstractBackground: Postoperative nausea (PONV) and vomiting is the most common complication after surgery that might prolong discharge time and cause some morbidity. Dexamethasone can effectively reduce PONV. This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of different doses of dexamethasone on PONV.
