AbstractPerivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) is a rare mesenchymal tumor composed of immunohistochemically and histologically distinctive perivascular epithelioid cells. Here, we report on the computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of ovarian PEComa with pulmonary metastasis. The tumor was visible as a multilocular hemorrhagic mass that encased the ovarian vessels. These findings were different to those of other common ovarian tumors.en
