AbstractIntroduction: Kawasaki disease is a common vasculitis with the potential to debilitate all the organs. Yet, it commonly affects the heart, the skin,and the lymph nodes. Kidney complications resulted from this condition is not usually associated with any symptoms and can only be detected in the lab. Nevertheless, in some cases, severe kidney complications are apparent. This study reports a Kawasaki patient with acute renal failure.en
