Abstract | Background and Objective : Ventricular septal defect (VSD) is the most common pediatric congenital heart diseass (CHD ). The main complications of moderate to large size VSD are recurrent respiratory tract infection ,congestive heart failure, Failure to thrive, and pulmonary hypertension.
