AbstractSynovial sarcomas (SS) are soft tissue neoplasms that usually occur in the vicinity of large joints. Herein, we present the case of a 48-year-old man with renal synovial sarcoma (RSS). The clinical manifestations, computed tomography (CT) scan and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features, microscopic characteristics, and immunohistochemical findings of this uncommon tumor are described.en
