Abstract
Cellular angiofibroma is a recently described histologically distinctive benign, circumscribed and rare mesenchymal tumor. It composed of two principal components, the uniform spindled stromal cells and numerous thick-walled blood vessels. In this article we describe a 13 centimeters cellular angiofibroma of the vulva in a 41- year- old woman.
