AbstractA cystic lymphangioma is a rare benign tumor of the lymphatic tissue that mostly affects the head and neck, and usually manifests during childhood. Cystic lymphangioma of the abdominal wall is extremely rare. Herein, we report two young children with cystic lymphangioma of the abdominal wall. In one of the cases, the properitoneal fat layer of the abdominal wall was affected. We hereby analyze radiologic features of cystic lymphangioma of the abdominal wall.en
