AbstractAbstract Mucoromycosis infections are caused by Fungi in zygomycetes class (order mucorales). Clinical infections are usually manifested as Nasopharyngial, Cutaneous, Pulmonary or Disseminated diseases. Generally the infection is found only in immunocompromised hosts. This report presents a young diabetic man in Boali Cina hospital of Qazvin whosepulmonary biopsy indicates mucoromycosis pneumonia. Surgical debridment and IVadministration of Amphotricin B was performent for treatment measures in a period of 8weeks.en
