Abstract

Background: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is characterized by brief attacks of vertigo, nausea and/or positional nystagmus during head movements. Epley maneuver is one of the therapeutic processes for these patients and had various results in different studies. The objective of this study was to determine the efficacy of this procedure on treatment of patients with BPPV.
