Role of Non-coding RNA as a Biomarker of Response to Therapeutic Agents in Colorectal Cancer

Abstract

Chemoresistance is a severe drawback to the successful and effective treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC). Comprehensive molecular mechanisms of chemoresistance facilitate the development of effective therapeutic strategies to overcome chemoresistance in CRC. The dysregulation of several non-coding RNAs was related to chemoresistance in CRC.
