| Abstract | This cross-sectional study was performed to assess the self-esteem in employees of faculties of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences in 2010 . All employees in faculties of medicine, nursing and midwifery, dentistry, Health and Paramedical sciences were entered the study by census method. The measurement tools included demographic information and Eysenck Self Esteem Scale. Results of this study indicated that approximately half of the employees in faculties of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences had low self-esteem. | en |
