| Abstract | Because of the prevalent occurrence of pelvic fracture and its death consequences the present research was conducted to determine epidemiological of pelvic fracture of patients who referred to Taleqani Hospital of Kermanshah during 2002-2008. In a retrospective study, 54 patients were studied employing to patient medical file. 17 patients were women, 37of cases were men. Range of age was between 15 - 85 year. Traffic accident caused 42%. The most common type of fracture was B type (66/5). Lower extremity fracture (44.7%) and pelvic pain (100%) were most common associated injury and clinical sign. Traumatic patient should be informed so as to be treated appropriately. | en |
