| Abstract | Introduction: Strategic management is the management, guidance, and control of the organization to respond appropriately to the internal and external changes; and organizational agility is a way to respond to these changes. Methods: This analytical survey was an applied type and based on structural equations. The research population included all managers and employees working in the central libraries of universities covered by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Tehran in 2016 (n=149). Data were collected using standard questionnaires of Hill & Jones Strategic Management and Goldman's Organizational Agility.
