Diffuse crescentic glomerulonephritis in bacterial endocarditis (A case report)

Abstract

Renal involvement is common in patients with bacterial endocarditis .Very rarely, patients may present with a extensive glomerular epithelial crescent formation with a rapid detoriation in renal function.
