Winning the COVID-19 War: McKinsey Company's Proposed Plan for Action at the Local Level

Abstract

McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, has published a document for local authorities to introduce and explain strategies and actions to combat COVID-19. This document, by evaluating the current situation and considering some degree of contagion for at least 12-18 months, presents three strategies for local authorities to deal effectively with the virus and safeguard the life and livelihood of the community.
