Abstract
A 45-year-old woman with complaint of left side weakness admitted to neurology ward. Trans-esophageal echocardiography
showed a large, highly mobile mass in left ventricle with its tip looking like a fist, punching the
aortic valve cusps. Emergency operation was done and the mass was confirmed to be a large thrombus and was
removed completely. During the follow up, patient was free of symptoms.
