| Abstract | The aim of the present study was to evaluate the efficiency of the computer and internet training course from the viewpoint of dental students of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in 2014. In this descriptive survey, the study sample included 39 dental students who entered university in 2011 and 2012. The required data were collected through a reliable and valid questionnaire using census sampling technique. Data were analyzed by SPSS 16 software. The administered training program obtained a high efficiency with a mean score of 57.8±9.5; However, there was no significant correlation between the mean of scores obtained by students and the mean score of efficiency of the given program (r=0.015, P=0.95). This training course can be helpfully used in evidence-based dental education and clinical decision making. It can also be used to develop the students’ motivation in education and research domains. | en |
